* add PERMISSIVE_HOLD in helix:five_rows/config.h

* add Eucalyn char layout into helix:five_rows

* Helix five_rows keymap: make rgblight modes selectable.

No change in build result.

* fix keymap.c map comment, add console compile option

No change in build result.

* Helix five_rows keymap: reduced the size.
