Enable support for ubuntu-derived linux-es in installer
Checks /etc/os-release for mention of ubuntu and debian.
Linux Mint uses ID_LIKE=ubuntu, not ID_LIKE=debian (as seen in
Ubuntu 16.04, unsure about others)
