Updates to fret-diagrams

Add new orientation opposing-landscape as requested by
    John Sellers
Revise orientation code so 'normal is always a default (in
    the else clause of a cond)
Adjust the origin of the fret diagram so that the top fret
  on the diagram is always at the origin
Clean up calls for fret-diagram-details so that merge-details is always
  used.
Clean up text stencil alignments
Fix bug in thick top fret
Rationalize code so all code is written in terms of fret-coordinates
  and string-coordinates, with a transformation to stencil (x-y)
  coordinates depending on orientation.
Split regression tests into multiple files, with a texidoc
  string for each file

Fix convert rule for 'edge-height.

Ensure conversion occurs for TextSpanner only, since grobs printed with
Tuplet_bracket::make_bracket () still use this property.

Change docstrings for microtonal music

Update the documentation strings for microtonal music, according
to recommendations made by Graham Breed.

Update beam ending rules

     - Now that beatGrouping works correctly, beam
       ending rules are not required for those values
       of beatLength which are correctly derived from
       the time signature

     - The beam ending rules for 1/16 and 1/32 notes are
       retained, however, but are extended to cover those
       moments which previously were covered by the
       deleted rules, and to cover the 2 2 time signature

so this script is of no longer use.

Clean up buildscripts

- move scripts from buildscripts/ according to the new ROADMAP, create
three directories for this purpose: scripts/aux/, scripts/build/ and
python/aux;

- make permissions and interpreter specs clearer: all scripts in
scripts/build are non-executable and use an interpreter determined in
config.make, all scripts in scripts/aux use hard-coded interpreters;

- always use built avatars of scripts in scripts/build, as a
consequence remove interpreter invocations which are no longer needed;

- keep old scripts in buildscripts/ which are junked in the very next
commits.

lilypond-book: Improve LaTeX wrapper.

Using `\expandafter' ensures that the if-clause is finished before executing
the \{pre,post}LilyPondExample hooks.  This allows usage of other TeX
conditionals within those two macros without getting warnings (or even hard
to find errors in case of more complex macros).
