   6 Re-appointment of chair after membership change

   9 When new members are appointed to the Technical Committee or within three
  10 months of a member resigning from the Technical Committee, the current
  11 chairperson should announce their intention to vacate the position within two
  12 weeks.

  14 This will force a new election to which all members of the Technical Committee
  15 (including the vacating chair if the chair is still a member) are eligible.
