   3 1. In #750135, the Technical Committee was asked by Manuel Fernandez
   4    Montecelo who should be the maintainer of the Aptitude project.

   6    Manuel Fernandez Montecelo had been actively committing until his
   7    commit access was removed by Daniel Hartwig.

   9    Manuel Fernandez Montecelo and Daniel Hartwig took over development
  10    of Aptitude in 2011 with the support of Christian Perrier, an admin
  11    for the Aptitude alioth project.

  13    There was friction between Manuel Fernandez Montecelo and Daniel
  14    Hartwig, which eventually resulted in Manuel Fernandez Montecelo's
  15    commit access being revoked by Daniel Hartwig.

  17    Since then, Daniel Hartwig has become inactive, and did not comment
  18    on the issue when requested by the Technical Committee.

  20 2. During the discussion of this issue, Christian Perrier proposed
  21    that he and Axel Beckert could watch the social aspects of Aptitude
  22    development and restore Manuel Fernandez Montecelo's commit access.

  25    technical power to implement his proposal, but requested the advice
  26    of the technical committee before doing so.
