   4 Hi together,

   6 we (as the Technical Committee) have encountered three bugs in the
   7 constitution which we like to fix. For this reason, I propose the following
   8 General Resolution to change the consitution.

  10 Please note that we put all three issues into one GR proposal; however, if
  11 we notice one of the issues generates too much discussion, we will put this
  12 one into an separate GR.
