Make org-show images display only in one buffer

fix bug. When a file is first opened, clicking on links would not work until the bibfile was opened or a citation inserted. I think this is a bug somewhere in reftex, where a variable is initialized after a reftex function is called. this seems to solve the problem.

ignore errors if eimp does not load

turn off flyspell if it is on during show, and turn it back on after. make exit org-show mode stop show
