+## Ingredients
+
++ 300 g (11 oz) whole wheat pasta
++ 3 c frozen mixed veggies
++ 32-oz jar marinara sauce
++ 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
++ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
++ 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

+## Directions
+
++ Bring medium pot of salted water to a boil.
++ Add pasta to water and boil until cooked.
++ When pasta is cooked, add frozen vegetables to boiling water and boil until warmed.
++ Drain pasta and vegetables.
++ Add marina and spices to pot and heat until hot.
++ Add drained pasta and vegetables to sauce and mix together.
++ Divide pasta among plates and top with cheese.
