Update translated docs macros

Rework @version macro

-D "VAR VALUE" makeinfo flag, which is an unsupported hack, and @value
which caused problems on some TeX configurations, are replaced with a
direct macro definition in $(outdir)/version.[i]texi.

Update texinfo.tex from texinfo CVS

make failed at finding a rule for Documentation/user/out/lilypond.info
when doing a clean build.  Make warnings come back with this new
revision, but I was not able to get rid of them.

Remove --tidy

With --tidy flag, TeX/texinfo.tex fails to find snippets PDF files in
out-www/XX subdirs.

Bump to .44

Remove python 2.2 check. We need 2.4 now.

Split lilypond-book output files into subdirectories.

This creates bookdbdir/XX/lily-XXXXXXX where XX are hex digits.

Hopefully this fixes the lilypond book performance problems on darwin.

Optionally preserve input path.

- Add (dir-basename file "ext1" "ext2" ... ) function

- Use dir-basename everywhere. Guile's (basename ) strips paths.

- Introduce -dno-strip-output-dir option.

of the following note. This was broken and caused musicxml2ly to crash
(and I didn't notice because a test case was missing)

MusicXML: Insert bar number checks into figured bass and chordnames

I also need to make sure that inserting only a barline does not
generate output for figured bass and chord names. Thus, I have to
keep a variable has_relevant_elements in the voice builder....

MusicXML: Add support for chord names

Implemented it similar to FiguredBass (using its own voice builder).
The duration of a chord is always the duration of the next following
note (MusicXML does not have the concept of duration for a chord...)

Oops, I should really start reading manuals! I was thinking about various
ways to pass the bigpage option to texi2html (like the -D bigpage option
did for makeinfo). I even already drafted a mail to the texi2html bug
list, when I discovered that texi2html fully supports the -D option, just
like makeinfo...
