    to the `addoption_group' since it confuses help2man otherwise.

Note that man page output is still not optimal yet; some constructs
can't be handled well by automatic parsing.

Work around 'make web-clean' madness

On my computer, make sometimes goes mad in web-clean target, it calls
lilypond-book as if it was making web target in Documentation/user and
input/lsr.

Disable docs compilation in input/manual

Snippets compiled in this directory ar useless, because all these
examples are to be used in the manuals.

texi2html: Fix the parent detection of the TOC for unnumbered sections

Instead of using the section number I'm now using the ID of the sections
to properly detect parents of the current page even if we only have
@unnumbered sections (as compared to @chapter). This fixes the snippets
page.
