This patch changes determine-frets-mf so that it puts notes
on the highest string with a fret >= min-fret, instead of
putting them on the lowest available string.  This leads to
more rational automatically calculated fretboards.

texi2html: Properly fix internal links in the big snippets page

Don't rewrite html links to lilypond-snippets* in the snippets page.
The problem was that we used the regexp lilypond(|...), which was also
matched by lilypond-snippets. The solution (thanks to John) is to add a
negative lookahead to exclude -snippets...

Fix link-rewriting for snippets

Since the user_ref_re checks for lilypond(|...), it will also
match lilypond-snippets and thus also rewrite snippets links from
snippet pages, breaking those links.

The workaround is to explicitly match lilypond-snippets and
then exclude those matches in a replacement function.

Add 'none to barre-type and update documentation

Lily_lexer::scan_bare_word (): only check for chord modifiers in chordmode.
