++ 16 oz sour cream
++ 1 c mayonnaise
++ 1 package (1.4 oz) Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
++ 1 8-oz (wet wt) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
++ 1 bunch green onions, bottoms removed and chopped
