Lilypond-book docs: Remove incomplete sentence

Initially I intended to write about the LILYPOND_LOGLEVEL
and LILYPOND_BOOK_LOGLEVEL environment variables there, but
then changed my mind and documented them directly with the
--loglevel and --lily-loglevel options.
