++ 1 C Rice
++ 1 C Water
+
+## Directions
+
++ Rinse rice
++ Add equal volumes water and rice to rice pot, up to 6 cups of dry
+  rice in the 8 quart instant pot (4 in the 6 quart).
++ Lock lid and set pressure valve to seal
++ Cook according to the chart below
++ Let sit for 10 minutes, then use valve to release remaining pressure
++ Fluff with fork
