+Green beans are best for 2 days
+
+## Ingredients
+
++ 3 C green beans
++ 0.375 C olive oil
++ 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
++ Pinch red pepper flakes
++ Pinch salt
++ Pinch freshly ground black pepper
++ 4 T red wine vinegar
++ 6 oz fresh mozzarella
++ 1 [Focaccia] recipe prepared

+## Directions

++ Prepare and bake [Focaccia]
++ Trim green beans
++ Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
++ Add green beans, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
++ Sauté beans until bright green and tender; shouldn't squeak but still firm
++ Toss green beans with red wine vinegar and set aside for at least 1 hour (up to 2 days)
++ Toast focaccia with cheese (cut sides up)
++ Serve with as much green beans as can be packed on top
