+## Ingredients

++ 3 oz uncooked wild rice
++ 3 oz uncooked brown rice
++ 30-oz can black-eyed peas, drained
++ 29-oz can diced tomatoes
++ 44 oz vegetable broth
++ 1/2 round tsp dry onion flakes
++ 1/4 round tsp dry parsley
++ 1/8 round tsp garlic powder
++ 1/8 round tsp onion powder
++ 1/2 round tsp dry ground turmeric
++ 1/4 round tsp dry ground cumin
++ 1/8 round tsp dry ground ginger
++ 1/4 round tsp ground black pepper
++ 1 tsp salt

++ In a large pot, mix all ingredients.
++ Bring to a boil.
++ Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
