+## Ingredients
+
++ 1 tbsp olive oil
++ 1 white onion, chopped
++ 1 bell pepper, chopped
++ 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
++ 3 garlic cloves, minced
++ 1 tbsp ground cumin
++ 1 tsp chili powder
++ ¼ c all-purpose flour
++ 3 c vegetable broth
++ 2 15-oz can great northern beans, drained
++ 1 15-oz can light red kidney beans, drained
++ 1 4-oz can mild green chilis
++ ¾ c frozen corn
++ 2 c whole milk
++ 2 tsp salt
++ 1 tsp ground black pepper
++ 1 tbsp lime juice

+## Directions

++ Heat oil in large pot over med heat.
++ Saute prepared vegetables until softened and slightly browned.
++ Stir in cumin, chili powder, and flour.
++ Cook flour, and then slowly stir in broth.
++ Add beans, chilis, and corn.
++ Bring to boil and then simmer 15 min.
++ Stir in warm milk and gently simmer 2 min.
++ Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, and lime juice.
