-+ 3/4 c + 1 tbsp granulated sugar

-+ 2 large eggs
-+ 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

-+ 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
-+ 1/2 c rolled oats
-+ 1 tsp baking soda

-+ 2 2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

-## Directions

-+ Preheat oven to 300°F.
-+ Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
-+ Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice to mixer bowl.
-+ Blend with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds and then scrape down bowl.
-+ Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
-+ With mixer on low speed, add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until barely incorporated.
-+ Remove bowl from mixer and stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
-+ Scoop 2-tbsp balls of cookie dough about 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet lined with a silicon mat.
