+## Ingredients
+
++ 2 tbsp olive oil
++ 10 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
++ 6 c vegetable broth
++ 3 c whole milk
++ 4 tbsp butter
++ 24 oz dry fettuccine
++ 1 tsp salt
++ 1/2 tsp black pepper
++ 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
++ 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley leaves

+## Directions
+
++ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
++ Add garlic and saute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
++ Stir in broth, milk, butter, fettuccine, salt, and pepper.
++ Bring to a boil.
++ Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 18 min.
++ Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
++ Stir in parmesan and parsley.
