+## Ingredients

++ 2 small onions, minced
++ 3 cloves garlic, minced
++ 2 lbs mushrooms, washed and chopped
++ 1 t salt
++ 1 t pepper
++ 0.25 C white wine
++ 1.5 C vegetable broth
++ 0.25 C wheat flour
++ 1 C sour cream
++ 16 oz pasta

+### Sauce
++ Sautee onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter.
++ Add salt, pepper, and wine and stir.
++ Whisk broth and flour and add to pot with onions.
++ Cook for 5 minutes.
++ Stir in sour cream and simmer briefly.
