-## Ingredients

-+ 2 tbsp olive oil
-+ 4 cloves garlic, minced
-+ 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
-+ 1 1/2 c frozen corn, defrosted
-+ 1 bunch basil, chopped
-+ 6 large eggs
-+ 1 c milk
-+ 1 1/4 tsp salt
-+ 1/2 tsp black pepper
-+ 8 oz brie, cut into 1/4 inch slices

-## Directions

-+ Heat oven to 375 F.
-+ Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a medium skillet.
-+ Saute garlic and jalapenos in oil for 1-2 min until fragrant.
-+ Stir in the corn, basil, salt, and pepper and saute for 2-3 min until just tender.
-+ In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
-+ Grease a 9-inch square casserole dish.
-+ Spread corn mixture in bottom of pan.
-+ Distribute cheese across top of corn mixture.
-+ Pout egg mixture across top of cheese.
-+ Bake for 35-45 min until middle is just set.
