-+ 450 g block extra-firm tofu
-+ 4 tsp vegetable oil
-+ 4 tsp soy sauce

-+ 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
-+ 1/3 cup water
-+ half of an 11-oz (4 1/2-c) coleslaw kit

-+ Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
-+ Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
-+ Drain off excess water from tofu and pat dry.
