+## Ingredients

++ 12 corn tortillas
++ 1 tbsp olive oil
++ 3 tsp salt
++ 2 tsp finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
++ 2 tbsp lime juice
++ 1 tbsp tequila
++ 1/2 tsp cumin
++ 1/4 tsp white sugar
++ 1 lb canned tuna
++ 1 med avocado, chopped
++ 1 bunch green onions
++ 3 tbsp hulled pumpkin seeds (or other white seed)

+## Directions

++ Heat oven to 350 F.
++ Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil and sprinkle with a total of 1 tsp of salt.
++ Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake 9 min.
++ Whisk chipotle, lime juice, tequila, cumin, sugar, and salt.
++ Place tuna, avocado, green onions, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl, pour chipotle dressing on top, and gently mix.
++ Spoon tuna mixture onto tortillas.
