* mf/GNUmakefile (FET_FILES):
(FONT_FILES): Include parmesan.

* stepmake/bin/packagepython.py (make_assign_re): Bugfix.  Use re
iso regex, regsub

* buildscripts/clean-fonts.sh (FILES): Clean parmesan too.

* Documentation/user/refman.itely (Paper size): Quote braces.
