Usability improvements to {doc,cg}-section.sh and corresponding section of CG.

- Now honor LILYPOND_GIT, LILYPOND_BUILD_DIR, and LILYPOND_TEMPDOCS
  environment variables (all optional).
- Provide usage help text if '-h' or '--help' or incorrect arguments
  are passed.
- Output more helpful messages upon completion.
