- patch from Morten Brix Pedersen:
    * Moved around in sample.config, the most important things are now
      in the top. So it's easy to "get started" with a simple bot.
    * Changed top comments in blootbot.servers
    * Modified some messages to console to be more descriptive.  Now it
      just prints the right error using the $! variable.
