Change \cresc,\dim,\decresc to post-fix operators for (de)cresc spanners

-) Implement text cresc and co. using the properties of the
   (De)CrescendoEvent

-) rename old functions as deprecated (e.g. \deprecatedcresc) and
   implement a convert-ly rule
