* lily/relocate.cc (prefix_relocation): oops. One TOPLEVEL_VERSION
too many.

* lily/relocate.cc (prefix_relocation): allow "current"
iso. TOPLEVEL_VERSION for share/lilypond/ suffix. This makes
changing VERSION in a lily tree less painful.
