### Chili

-+ 2 T sugar
-+ 2.5 t baking powder

++ 2 cups vegetable broth
++ 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
++ 1 15-oz can kidney beans, drained

++ 1 c flour
++ ¾ c cornmeal
++ 2 tbsp white sugar
++ 2.5 tsp baking powder
++ ¾ tsp salt
+ 2 eggs, beaten

-+ 0.25 C butter
++ 1 c nonfat milk
++ ¼ c butter, melted
++ 1.5 C (6 oz) shredded pepper jack cheese
## Directions
-+ Add oil, onion, garlic, chili powder, and chipotle and cook for 5
- minutes
-+ Season with salt, add beer and cook for 1 minute, simmer to release
-+ Add stock, tomatoes, and beans and bring to a bubble
-+ Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
