[[!meta title="Garlic Parmesan Pasta"]] Adapted from DamnDelicious.net 4080 cal/recipe ## Ingredients + 2 tbsp olive oil + 10 cloves garlic, peeled and minced + 6 c vegetable broth + 4 c whole milk + 4 tbsp butter + 24 oz dry fettuccine + 1 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese + 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley leaves ## Directions + Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. + Add garlic and saute, stirring frequently, until fragrant. + Stir in broth, milk, butter, fettuccine, salt, and pepper and then cover with a lid. + Bring to a boil. + Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 18 min, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. + When pasta is cooked, stir in parmesan and parsley and remove from heat. + Serve warm.
