10 + 4 ribs celery, chopped
13 + 2 med butternut squash or sweet potato, chopped
18 + 1/4 tsp black pepper
21 + 15-oz can cannellini beans, drained
22 + 1 bunch (about 5 c) destemmed and chopped kale
26 + Saute onion and celery in olive oil over medium heat.
27 + Add remaining ingredients, except beans and kale.
28 + Bring to a boil, and then simmer until rice is cooked (about 45 min).
29 + Stir in beans and kale.
