  10 + 3 cloves garlic, minced
  11 + 2 lbs mushrooms, washed and chopped
  12 + 4 tbsp butter
  13 + 1 tsp salt
  14 + 1 tsp pepper
  15 + 1/4 c white wine
  16 + 1 1/2 c vegetable broth
  17 + 1/4 c wheat flour
  18 + 1 c sour cream
  19 + 16 oz uncooked pasta, such as fettucini

  23 + Sautee onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter in a large pot over medium heat until mushrooms are cooked.
  24 + Add salt, pepper, and wine and stir.
  25 + Whisk broth and flour in a small bowl and add to pot.
  26 + Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  27 + Stir in sour cream, bring to simmer, and then remove from heat.
  28 + Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta.

  30 + Plate pasta and top with mushroom sauce.
