8 + 3 c cooked brown rice
9 + 2 c grated sharp cheddar
14 + 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
15 + 1/4 c chopped bell pepper
18 + 1/4 c butter, melted
19 + 1 tsp red pepper flakes
23 + Preheat oven to 350 F.
25 + Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
26 + Prep 1.5 liter casserole dish by spraying with oil.
27 + Pour ingredients into dish and cook covered for 1 hour.
