11 + 28 oz vegetable broth
12 + 1 1/2 c dried orzo pasta
13 + 1 1/2 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
14 + Rounded 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
16 + 15-oz can red beans, drained and rinsed
17 + 15-oz can diced tomatoes, drained
18 + 1/2 c chopped green olives
19 + 4-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
20 + 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
21 + 1/3 c thick-grate parmesan cheese
26 + Saute onion in butter on medium heat until halfway cooked.
27 + Add broth to pot and bring to boil.
28 + Stir in orzo, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and salt.
29 + Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, stirring frequently for about 12 minutes until orzo is al dente.
31 + Stir in beans, tomatoes, olives, and parsley.
32 + Dish out and top with parmesan.
