13 + 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
14 + Pinch red pepper flakes
16 + Pinch freshly ground black pepper
17 + 4 T red wine vinegar
18 + 6 oz fresh mozzarella
19 + 1 [Focaccia] recipe prepared
23 + Prepare and bake [Focaccia]
25 + Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
26 + Add green beans, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
27 + Sauté beans until bright green and tender; shouldn't squeak but still firm
28 + Toss green beans with red wine vinegar and set aside for at least 1 hour (up to 2 days)
