7 + 300 g (11 oz) whole wheat pasta
8 + 3 c frozen mixed veggies
9 + 32-oz jar marinara sauce
10 + 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
11 + 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
12 + 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
16 + Bring medium pot of salted water to a boil.
17 + Add pasta to water and boil until cooked.
18 + When pasta is cooked, add frozen vegetables to boiling water and boil until warmed.
