   9 + 3 bell pepper, chopped
  10 + 3 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  11 + 6 garlic cloves, minced
  12 + 2 tbsp ground cumin
  13 + 2 tsp chili powder
  14 + 3/4 c all-purpose flour
  15 + 6 c vegetable broth
  16 + 6 15-oz can great northern beans, drained
  17 + 3 15-oz can light red kidney beans, drained
  18 + 3 4-oz can mild green chilis
  19 + 2 1/4 c frozen corn
  20 + 4 c whole milk
  21 + 4 tsp salt
  22 + 2 tsp ground black pepper
  23 + 2 tbsp lime juice

  27 + Heat oil in large pot over med heat.
  28 + Saute prepared vegetables until softened and slightly browned.
  29 + Stir in cumin, chili powder, and flour.
  30 + Cook flour, and then slowly stir in broth.
  31 + Add beans, chilis, and corn.
  32 + Bring to boil and then simmer 15 min.
  33 + Stir in warm milk and gently simmer 2 min.
