10 + 4 cloves garlic, minced
11 + 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
12 + 1 1/2 c frozen corn, defrosted
13 + 1 bunch basil, chopped
17 + 1/2 tsp black pepper
18 + 8 oz brie, cut into 1/4 inch slices
23 + Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a medium skillet.
24 + Saute garlic and jalapenos in oil for 1-2 min until fragrant.
25 + Stir in the corn, basil, salt, and pepper and saute for 2-3 min until just tender.
26 + In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
27 + Grease a 9-inch square casserole dish.
28 + Spread corn mixture in bottom of pan.
29 + Distribute cheese across top of corn mixture.
30 + Pout egg mixture across top of cheese.
31 + Bake for 35-45 min until middle is just set.
32 + Let rest for 10 min before serving.
