7 + 12 oz dry whole wheat spaghetti
14 + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
18 + 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
19 + 15 oz can kidney beans
20 + 15 oz can navy beans
21 + 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
25 + Break spaghetti in thirds and cook in large pot of boiling, salted water.
27 + In large saucepan, heat oil to med-high, and saute onion and garlic.
28 + After 3 min, add chili powder, cocoa, cinnamon, cumin, salt, and pepper.
29 + Cook 1 min, and then add tomatoes.
30 + Simmer 8 min to slightly thicken.
31 + Add beans and heat through.
32 + Top spaghetti with sauce and cheese.
