  14 + heaping 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  15 + 1/8 tsp salt
  16 + 1/2 c plus 1 tbsp milk
  17 + 1/4 c maple syrup
  18 + 1 egg or 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax plus 2 1/2 tbsp water)
  19 + 1 tsp vanilla extract

  25 + Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  26 + Line baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
  27 + Thoroughly mix oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
