  11 + 48 oz spaghetti sauce
  12 + 4 C vegetable broth
  13 + 2 T dried minced onion
  14 + 1 T Italian seasoning
  15 + 2 t garlic powder
  16 + 1/4 t red pepper flakes
  17 + 16 oz fettuccini, broken in half
  18 + 16 oz navy (or other white) bean

  23 + 2 cup pizza blend shredded cheese
  24 + 4 oz ricotta

  28 + Dump all "Instant Pot" ingredients into the instant pot (liquids
  29   first).
  30 + Stir instant pot to be sure that fettuccini does not clump or stick
  31   to the bottom.
  32 + Set the instant pot to 5 minutes and cook with the lid sealed and
  33   the vent closed.
  34 + Let sit for 10 minutes, then release pressure using valve
