   3 available at Statens Musikbibliotek, Stockholm, Sweden.

   6 A few obvious misprints and inconsistencies between the parts
   7 have been corrected. This is indicated with comments in the
   8 different source files.

  10 The piece will be performed in Ludvika and Östervåla, March 13-14, 1999,
  11 by Bergslagens Kammarsymfoniker conducted by Ola Karlsson.
