4 fastq-uniq - filter out reads with identical sequences
7 .B fastq-uniq [OPTION]... PATTERN [FILE]...
10 Print a non-redundant list of occurring sequences, removing all duplicate
11 sequences. Output is in FASTA format (as quality strings are ignored), with
12 sequence identifiers formatted as,
14 >uniq-read-N (M copies)
16 Where, N in a unique number assigned to the sequence and M is the number of
19 One ore more FILEs may be specified, otherwise input is read from standard input.
20 Input files may be gziped.
