* Bugfix: set dependency for direction-source in script-engraver. This
fixes core-dump problem when stacking multiple scripts containing
staccato dots.

* Put TFM files under $VARTEXFONTS (/var/lib/texmf,
typically). PK files are put in the right spot
automatically, and dirs are also created automatically.

A change to mktexnam is still required -- add

	MT_DESTROOT=foobar

before line 161.
