+LilyPond is a music typesetter.  It produces beautiful sheet music

+LilyPond uses a versioning scheme that easily identifies stable and
+development releases.  In a version "x.y.z", an even second number 'y'
+denotes a stable version.  For development versions 'y' is odd.
