Doc: NR - Improve wording in 'Changing Spacing'

Issue 4589

The paragraph from "Avoid (or reduce)"
in spacing.itely used 'for example'
twice in a row. The description of the
'volta bracket' issue was unclear in
terminology and phrasing.
