  10 We are happy to announce the release of LilyPond 2.12.3.  This
  11 version contains the long-awaited fix for our GUI on MacOS X 10.5
  12 and 10.6.  In addition to the GUI fixes, this version contains
  13 dozens of bugfixes backported from the unstable development
  14 version.

  16 We recommend that all users upgrade to this version.  This is the
  17 last planned release in the 2.12 stable series; development now
  18 shifts towards the upcoming 2.14 series.

  26 LilyPond 2.13.9 is now out.  From 2.13.9 onwards, LilyPond is
  27 licensed under the GNU GPL v3+ for code, and the GNU FDL 1.3+ for
  28 documentation.  In addition to the usual round of bugfixes, this
  29 release adds a shortcut for repeated chords.

  32 normal users should continue to use 2.12.
