  14 Release 2.17.21 crashes under Windows in many circumstances. but particularly
  15 related to the positioning of text.  The problem is being tracked as

  17 Until it is fixed, we recommend Windows users not to upgrade past 2.17.20.  If
  18 you need to downgrade and don't have a copy of the binary, our
  19 @uref{http://download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/binaries/mingw/, archive} should
  20 provide what you need.
